ALL exams will require the most recent office note and typically must be within 3 months.
Some BCBS/Anthem plans require authorization for arterial ultrasounds.
If your office has already attempted authorization at another facility, please let us know — we typically cannot change the facility ourselves, so it would need to be withdrawn before we can submit a new one.
Most reports are read and returned within 24 hours. We quote 24–48 business hours to account for volume, but we take fast turnaround seriously.

Our board-certified, subspecialty-trained radiologists read all studies.
Currently, there is a nationwide and worldwide shortage of IV contrast used in CT and MRI imaging, most notably Omnipaque and Visipaque. Other contrast types may also be affected. Given limited availability across the industry, please be selective and thoughtful when ordering contrast-enhanced exams at this time.
Where clinically appropriate, our radiologists recommend considering MRI as an alternative to contrast CT for soft tissue evaluation, as MRI can differentiate soft tissues more effectively than CT with contrast. FNA is not affected.
