All imaging exams, except walk-in X-rays and health screenings (excluding Cardiac Calcium Scoring), must be scheduled in advance. Your healthcare provider will submit a request for your imaging exam, and then we will contact you to confirm the appointment. If your provider asks you to schedule, simply call us. We will assist you with choosing an appropriate time, verifying insurance details, and making sure your exam is completed promptly. Any applicable co-pays or deductibles are due at the time of your visit, and we will file your insurance claim on your behalf.
Results are typically available within 24 to 48 hours after your exam. Once your exam is completed, a radiologist will review the images and send the results to your healthcare provider.
After one of our radiologists reviews your exam, a report will be sent directly to the doctor who ordered the study. You may also access your results through the patient portal, and it’s recommended to schedule a follow-up appointment with your healthcare provider to discuss the findings.
